Recently, Brightway Solids Control Company has designed and manufactured one set Oily Sludge Treatment Systems. This system is based on site conditions and repeated experiments of oily sludge treatment. It is composed of Drying Shaker, Vertical Cuttings Dryer,Three-phase Separator, Water Filter Device, Water treatment plant, Electrical Control System and Storage Device. The maximum capacity of Oily Sludge Treatment Systems is up to 800t /day.
After processed by the Oily Sludge System, It can recover 99.7% crude oil in the oily sludge effectively. After inspection of authority, the solid phase and liquid phase processed meet the standard level requirements of environmental protection. The application of the system create a new technology process in fields of oilfield oily sludge treatment.
