The system is composed of 3 in one duble-desk shale shaker, mud cleaner, jet mud mixer and other sand pumps. This mud recycling system will be matched with Vermeer rig brand–D130 to do rock drilling.
During the inspection, we known that the customer’s business mainly focus on power transmission & distribution, oil & gas Pipeline…. as one of general contractors in local market, having big influence. According to the requestion of customer, Brightway decided to design the compact mud recycling system, three phase treatment effectiveness. Considering client`s feedback, their old supplier`s recycling system has inefficient cleaning. So we increase centrifugal pump capacity and use double deck shaker to get fine treatment effectiveness.
