At the start of 2016, one set Drilling Waste Management System, which is is designed and manufactured by Brightway according to the customer requirements of processing drilling mud on site, has been sent to Nei Monggol of China.
The system is composed of one unit Cuttings Dryer, one unit Dyring Shaker, three units Slurry Pump and one unit Screw Conveyer.
Features of Drilling Waste Management System as follow:
1.System can process multiple properties mud such as: water-based mud, oil-based mud, composite mud.
2.water-based mud: water content: 8-10%
3.oil-based mud: water content≤6%, oil content≤3%
4.The treated drilling waste can be used to produce bricks and pave the way.
